The Villa Tehere Dream is ideally located in the heart of a 6-hectare estate that extends along a white sandy beach, just opposite the west coral reef of Taha'a island. Don't forget your flippers, masks, and snorkels! Exceptional snorkeling sessions await to amaze you! The marine fauna and flora at this location are preserved, rich, and stunningly colorful. The island of Taha'a is renowned worldwide for its Vanilla with an incredible fragrance that makes it the best vanilla on the planet! Think about visiting the vanilla valley nestled in the Faaaha district.



The Villa:

Charming dwelling that is both sober and elegant, it perfectly blends Polynesian tradition and modernity. Perfect location and environment for a vacation, facing the lagoon, with a natural and preserved white sand beach, a spacious garden, and a private pontoon for the departure of your excursions.

It consists of several modules gathered under the same roof, connected to each other by a deck. The terrace will be highly appreciated, with a part arranged as an outdoor living room, naturally ventilated by the sea breeze, which makes it an ideal place to enjoy meals, have a drink at the end of the day, or relax while admiring the view of the lagoon.



Each of the 2 air-conditioned rooms is equipped with a queen-size bed, the first having its own private bathroom, and the second with 2 additional single beds.

On the living room side, the American-style kitchen, equipped with a large bar, opens onto a spacious and comfortable living room. An internet connection is available to you.

The island of Taha'a is isolated and is located 15 minutes by boat from its sister island Raiatea, where the airport is located, and 45 minutes from Tahiti by plane.

She offers a wide range of activities, both on land and water, such as 4x4 safaris, vanilla plantation visits, boat excursions to the coral garden, pearl farms..., but it is also possible to do kayak rides (available on site), and diving (with or without tanks) for example. A gem within a gem.

We stayed at this amazing property for 8 days and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy an authentic, comfortable and unique Polynesian experience. The House This property was built with love and to last. It really shows in the quality of materials, construction, furniture, garden etc. It was not only spotless on arrival, but had beautiful/fragrant flower arrangements throughout the home - something I would expect from a 5-star hotel, not a vacation rental. The kitchen is huge and set up for people that love to cook (which we did a lot, since the home is isolated from restaurants and such). The garden is meticulously kept by Teiki and has many fruit (coconut, papaya, guava, tamarind, mango). House is well stoked with towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC works well, but it was great to have screen doors to guard against mosquitos, while enjoying the fresh Polynesian air. The Location Taha'a is one of the less well-known islands in FP and it's probably better this way. We had a tour of the island and, while there are many beautiful areas, this one is (with a view of Bora Bora and Raiatea) was one of the best according to our guide. It sits on 30 acres of private land and has one of the few beaches on the island. Good snorkeling is right outside the house, but you can also kayak to the reef or other bays. We rented a car for a day to do some shopping and go out for lunch, but were otherwise happy to stay and enjoy the isolation of the beautiful property. The Hospitality We didn't get a chance to meet the owners, but were greeted by their friend - Richard - an American who has been living in Tahaa for 40 years. Aside from interesting conversation, he provided us with great advise about activities on the island and was available to help with anything we needed. Having this kind of help made our stay even more special. All in all, one of best rentals we've ever stated in.

Very very nice property Fantastic location in the middle of nothing The snorkeling is also incredible Tahaa is very nice but the is almost nothing to do be prepared for that No shopping no activities But we as a family really loved the island the simplicity and the very kind locals

WOW, seriously beautiful!

This house is incredible - exactly what we were looking for. We're a family of four (two young kids) in FP for 6 weeks and spent a week here. It's the perfect place to disconnect, but stay connected (the wifi is fast!). The place is well kept (the gardener was around every few days) and the kitchen is setup well - even a blender/rice cooker that you wouldn't expect. The snorkelling is amazing! The owner is easily available via a text message if there are any issues but we had none at all. We took up the offer to hire a car just because we though we should explore the island but we only used it twice - to grab some more food from the small grocery store 15 mins drive away. This house will be a lasting memory for us and we're really glad we found it! One tip: when you do your grocery shopping on the day you fly into Raiatea (which can be arranged with your boat transfer over after you book the house) you'll need to grab everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has salt, pepper, cooking oil but you need to buy everything else such as washing liquid, laundry liquid, toiletpaper, fresh water, wine, chocolate :-) etc.

Fantastic 10 days in Taha'a

My wife and I arrived in Taha'a at 8am on 12/29 and Vai with Temana Tours arranged for a water taxi to pick us up at the airport then take us to Uturoa for grocery shopping then onto the Home, Villa Tehere where we were dropped off at the private dock . Vai also had a rental car that was waiting for us at our rental home. The owners of the home were awaiting us and walked us around the home and were very pleasant and eager to answer any questions we had. This house is located on a private beach with secure gate access from the road. The snorkeling was fantastic and we had access to bicycles & kayaks. This home was built by the owner and it really shows in the way it is designed, the wrap around porch was great to sit on and read & eat breakfast , the bedrooms had ice cold A/C, kitchen was very nice and washer / dryer in the outdoor garage. The property that the house is located on is meticulously kept with large coconut trees, Papaya, breadfruit, habiscus, almond trees. The beach has huge trees that allow for shade from the sun if needed. This was a great vacation and we can not wait to go back. Thank you Greg & Ally ( owners) you guys really have a wonderful beach house and were very gracious and kind to us.
