This executive style view home sits perched high on Tacoma's West slope offering incredible Views of the Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains, Tacoma Narrows Bridge and numerous Islands creating an amazing backdrop for nightly sunsets that light up the eve skies. Completely remodeled with top of the line finishes and amenities to include a chefs dream kitchen, large Master suite with deck access and a large walk in shower with a double vanity. Second bedroom features a desk area that includes a printer and scanner and deck access.
A queen sized bed and the hall bath is a Full bath which includes a full sized stackable washer and dryer. exterior visible security cameras

Absolutely stunning and serene, with gorgeous views and everything needed to have a wonderful getaway. Peter was so helpful, check-in was seamless, nice A/C (!) and gorgeous floors, comfy bed, and exquisite kitchen! The location of the property is amazing, and close to everything we needed and/or wanted to do!

Fantastic property

The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The online photos don’t do justice to the amazing views from the house and deck. The property itself feels very private with great gardens surrounding it. Highly recommend!

Short Stay

Great place to stay. Well appointed, updated and very clean. Back deck has great views as does the kitchen and family rooms. Owner was very responsive with everything. Close to freeway and grocery stores. Will definitely be back.

This lovely home was absolute perfection. The host is fantastic the view is AMAZING and the house spotless and well stocked. We felt like we were on top of the world. Do not look any further THIS IS THE PLACE.

This fantastic property checks every box…super clean, unbelievable views, quiet and super safe neighborhood and great location for visiting the Tacoma area. The home is appointed well and the beds are very comfortable. Great stay!

The property was exactly as pictured! Extremely clean, welcoming and inviting! We lucked out with 3 days of sunshine and nothing beats the view from the deck! Thank you Peter for everything, we will definitely return it we find ourselves back in Tacoma!

Early fall stay ‘23

Great time my wife, daughter & I had in Tacoma and your home was a welcome place we called home for 4+ days. Fully equipped kitchen welcomed us, as well as good internet, two comfy beds and I loved the master shower! My only suggestion would be to have a kitchen hand towel or two; we went through plenty of p. Towels. We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely come back and stay here next time. James

Beautiful views, Lovely Home

The house was well appointed with kitchen equipment, comfortable furnishings and a beautiful view of the sound. Wished the main bedroom had a king bed, but we knew it was a queen when we booked. Convenient to shopping & lots of restaurants. Point Defiance is a good spot to eat & is about 15 min. away. Enjoyed our stay.

College move

We moved our daughter into UPS and made this our home for the long weekend. Great location for everyone and everything we needed to accomplish. Lovely setting to return to and relax after busyness of college move and orientation. The house is well appointed, comfortable and well thought out. Owner is wonderful to work with and we are already planning our return for move out next year and possibly a visit or two as needed. Recommend this lovely spot to all.

Great Sunsets!

Four of us stayed here while Stunning summer sunsets, moon sets and views of the Sound. The master shower is massive. The sound of the water feature in the front yard was delightful. The kitchen is well stocked, the non-stick pans were fresh and without scratches. Access was easy-peasy and I know the code given was just for me. The neighborhood was quiet yet centrally located, especially for being a tourist of western WA. A delightful stay with relaxing evenings on the porch. I would definitely come back if in the area again.

Great Place

Although our visit in Seatlle was short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is beautfiul and very clean and the view is spectacular. The drive from Seattle to this place was well worth it.

Simply wonderful!

This home is absolutely lovely! Everything you could possibly need is there. The setting is tranquil & relaxing, and has a fabulous view of Puget Sound & the sunsets. It truly is a park like setting! Peter couldn’t have been more thoughtful or generous, as we found ourselves there under rather unique circumstances. This home was exactly what we needed when we needed it. Awesome place

This is a great place in a great location. We based ourselves at Peter's place for side trips to Seattle and Mount Rainier. We felt very comfortable in Tacoma and at Peter's house. Peter worked w/ us on an extra night and was more than accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again and am looking forward to another trip to the Northwest. GORGEOUS VIEW

Vrbo lodging was modern, clean, comfortable, private, beautiful landscaping, outstanding view, & convenient for us to visit our relatives in that area. We really enjoyed staying & would definitely try to stay here again in the future if it is available. Our host, Peter, checked in by text occasionally to see if we needed anything, but everything was perfect. We definitely recommend this place.
