First, the hotel says it has parking, but it's actually $20/night. That said, the rooms/beds were very comfy. AC worked great and the beds were amazing.
The main reason though for only 3 stars was the bistro. The Bistro is on the ground floor and seems to have a great menu. My friend and I were in town for a concert and decided it might be a better choice for a quick/simple meal at the bistro before hoping on the Link Train to get to the Tacoma dome. We had a little over an hour so we thought we were fine.
It was expensive! $72 for 2 people (Cobb salad and Grilled Cheese/Tomato soup, which we planned to split both between us). We got one soda, a small side of fries, and two of their small cheesecake that's about half the size of a regular (small) piece you'd get at a restaurant.
Anyways, we waited OVER AN HOUR. By that time we were late to get on the train, and we had to ASK about our food and wait 10 mins more before they brought it. When they brought it they forgot the drink, the fries AND the cheesecake. We SCARFED it down as fast as we could, which led to indigestion for me, and then had to wait longer to get our cheesecake in a to-go bag, and then I had to wait by the counter and ask twice in order to get the fries which we ended up giving to a stranger in the end cuz they were bland.
The next morning my friend ordered breakfast and even though they gave her a number for her table, she had to ask about the coffee and it had just been left on the counter.
