"Excellent service, clean rooms, and value is excellent. We’ve been coming here since 2018."

"This property was super clean and the rooms were so cute. The area was super quiet and cute with some really nice coffee shops around. The walk into the city wasn't bad at all. I would for sure stay here again!"

"I love this hotel! It's got great character, spacious rooms, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a unique stay away from cookie-cutter hotel brands with lots of Danish charm, Kanalhuset is for you. :)"

"Beyond expectations for a hotel. Very kind and helpful staff."

"Great location and very close to the Metro Station and the M2 Metro train from the Airport."

"We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is close enough to the city centre that we could get in within 20mins on the metro (which was cheap and easy to use) but enough distance that it was quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel was pretty busy but it was quiet and we slept well. My son especially loved the window seats in our room. We had the family room which gave us extra space. The toiletries provided were gorgeous, bedding and towels changed often, food (breakfast and evening meals) was...

"Bathroom was a little tight with the sink, but the place was quiet and we had no problem while staying there."

"The beds were very comfortable and the staff were all friendly and quite accommodating. The room was quiet and overlooked the harbor."

"Nice funky place"

"The hotel is located within a 5 - 10 minute walk to Copenhagen Central Station; Tivoli Gardens Amusement Park; City Hall Square. Nyhavn and other tourist sites are a 15 - 20 minute walk. Check-in agent was friendly and efficient. Provided us with a summary tour of the entire property. We went to the NOI Restaurant for dinner and had the tasting menu. It was excellent. Breakfast buffet daily with friendly and helpful attendants. Would definitely recommend to stay."

"We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...

"Location is reasonable walking 7 min from the Metro. Hotel is very small . Double room and bathroom is tiny and quite old . Not a good fit for someone with big luggage. Compared to another hotel we stayed in this was not a good value so we where disappointed… pictures on site are nice but unfortunately not as good in reality. Front desk was good . We didn’t eat there so can’t speak to that."
