Our Host Daniela was very quick, helpful, pleasant and friendly with her responses throughout the entire process. She even took the time to meet us from outside of the train station on our arrival. The apartment is well positioned, being less than 200 Metres flat level walk from both the Train station and also the Bus terminal. The introduction to the apartment and the operation of various amenities and garbage disposal routines and collection days, was very helpful. The apartment was well equipped, light, airy, very spacious with wonderful high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also has a washing machine which was perfect for us on a longer stay (29 days). There is a small safe supplied for valuables and suchlike. The apartment has 2 x airconditioning units and this kept us very cool and comfortable (1 unit, was generally all that was needed). There is a well written apartment manual with lots of helpful information from how to operate the coffee machine to where to go for eat and much more useful information. Some complimentary snacks, water and a welcome beverage made for a cofortable stay.The small but intimate balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a small outdoor area complete with a table and chairs if you prefer not to sit on the balcony. Just a 15min flat walk from the historic centre of Ortiga this apartment is perfectly positioned, with ample choice of local bars and restautants.Don't miss booking this!
