The property is located in the center of Syracuse, in one of the commercial districts, just a short walk from bars, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies.

The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The apartment, located within an elegant condominium, is connected to a second apartment, with which it shares a hallway.



The space is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table, split A/C, fan, and 32-inch TV;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, nightstands, closet, chair, desk, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with a queen-size bed, nightstand, chair, and desk;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (in the kitchen and bedrooms), hair dryer, clothesline, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 10:00 PM.



If you’d prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.



The apartment is located in an elegant neighborhood, next to Via Tisia, the city’s most important and elegant shopping street, lined with stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The city’s main tourist attractions are easily accessible (a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from the Greek Theater, the Paolo Orsi Museum, the Madonna delle Lacrime Sanctuary, the Latomie del Paradiso, and Balza Akradina). Our accommodations are ideally located for a relaxing stay and serves as an excellent base for exploring the city of Syracuse and all of eastern Sicily.

The island of Ortigia and its attractions are about 3 km away (ZTL).

- Via Tisia: 3-minute walk;

- Madonna delle Lacrime Shrine: 20-minute walk / 5-minute drive;

- Archaeological Park: 25-minute walk / 5-minute drive;

- Ortigia Island: 10-minute drive.



The main destinations in Sicily can be reached by Interbus from the central station (Via Rubino), where shuttles to Catania-Fontanarossa Airport also depart (approximately 1 hour).



- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania Airport to Catania Central Station, where you can take the regional train to Syracuse Station, a 20-minute walk from the property.

Alternatively, from the airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Interbus to Syracuse Station.



- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: Syracuse Station is about 3 km from the apartment.
