The space

The 45-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (stairs required to access it).



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, dining table, portable fan, TV, and split-system A/C;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, TV, and split-system A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



Guest access

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Other details to note

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on key pickup and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 10:00 PM.



If you would prefer to have a member of our staff hand you the keys at the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.
