"Day one the front desk lady was amazing!!! Day 2 and 3 the staff was polite but asked twice if the soap dispenser could be fixed, took me to remove from wall and take it to them. Morning breakfast was below average as the food had to be warmed up in the microwave. Coffee was also below average (weak). Water was dripping in the bathroom in the tub , could not get it to stop. Beds were very comfortable."

"The room was small and cozy. Nowhere to sit but the bed. Sleeping was quiet and very comfortable. Restaurant doesn’t open until 7:00am to get coffee which is free for guests. Grounds are beautiful and parking was great since each unit has their own parking spot. I would skip the restaurant there if you want a nice dinner. We went to the shops and restaurants up the road to eat and shop. A great variety there! Overall, a nice experience."

"The cabin was great, enjoyed the bedroom being separate from the kitchen and living area. Ate one meal in the kitchen, it was well stocked. Quiet location and the staff was very nice and checked in with us to make sure we had everything thing we needed. Would definitely stay again! "

"The room was clean and we enjoyed a good breakfast with plenty of options. We had an early afternoon and I spent an hour in a very lovely indoor pool. The hotel is close to Custer State Park and within an hour of Keystone and 10 minutes from Crazy Horse Memorial."

"We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate"

"Great view from our room of George on Mt. Rushmore. Breakfast was super. Room was good. Parking was a bit challenging during wedding. Entrance to property under construction but could use some sprucing up. Outdoor areas were super. Wish there had been an on site lunch possibility. Maybe bag lunches available?"

"The room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was very cramped. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was ok and the rates were reasonable. "

"No housekeeping services provided. Breakfast was ok but they Did not keep it supplied adequately. Rooms are run down but ok on cleanliness. Beds are beat to death and very uncomfortable. Lights are all very bright with no options for lower lighting. One staff member seemed knowledgeable but most staff were teens and did not know much and were not helpful. All in all I would not recommend it."
