This beautiful vacation rental, approximately 59 m² in size and accommodating up to 4 guests, spans two levels and is located near the beach in the northern part of Westerland. The first floor features a stylishly furnished living and dining area whose cozy atmosphere invites you to relax. The pull-out sofa can be converted into a bed. The open-concept kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, is fully equipped. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds. A staircase leads down to the basement, where you’ll find a bright double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Feel free to enjoy the lovely covered terrace with an adjoining garden, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair. From the SyltOase, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Westerland promenade, the small forest at Friedrichshain, and the nearby Nah und Frisch supermarket. The Marinesiedlung bus stop is located across the street from the house. The neighboring town of Wenningstedt and Westerland’s downtown area, with its wide range of dining options, are also not far away. Free Wi-Fi, a designated parking space, and a shared washing machine and dryer (each subject to a fee) are available for your use. One pet is allowed. Upon request, it’s possible to stay in the vacation apartment with more than 4 people.
