NORDERSTRAßE WHG. 04 – this beautiful 3-room vacation apartment on the upper floor offers approximately 68 m² of living space for 2–4 people and is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The bright living area, complete with a sofa and TV, is perfect for relaxing. From here, a staircase leads to the converted attic, which features another bedroom and an additional shower room (please note that the door to the shower room is only about 160 cm high and narrow due to the sloping ceiling). The open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining area and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave (no oven available!). The naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. A particular highlight is the private south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and spend some relaxing time outdoors. Wi-Fi, a free parking space, and a washer and dryer (for a fee) are also available. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. A supermarket and a bike rental shop are located in the immediate vicinity and are just about a 1-minute walk away. Pets are allowed for a fee.
