"This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. "This is an amazing property for those who enjoy being outdoors and enjoying nature. The grounds are huge and there are many areas to quietly relax without feeling you are in a crowd. The staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and all your questions are answered. It was excellent value for the price we paid compared with other Norwegian hotels. Definitely I would return here or recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing hotel "

"Awesome property and staff. Did get to use their amenities in their bar one night but other nights was denied. Please fix for future guests . The shuffleboard and darts could be an asset for all guests vs. only when large conferences are attending. Otherwise - an awesome place 👌😊. "

"It's a quiet retreat in a Oslo suburbs about an hour on train. A great way to get away from the fast hectic town centre. I enjoyed a short stay and would definitely be returning for a longer period. "

"Vi ankom sent, men hadde gitt beskjed. Mat var spart til oss fra middag, og resepsjonisten lagde flott tallerkenrett til oss. Deilige senger og fine farger på interiør. Topp service og hyggelige ansatte. Ok frokost."

"Generelt sett et veldig bra opphold. Frokosten var bare helt fantastisk! Men jeg savnet nattbord på rommet. Jeg måtte enten legge fra meg tingene mine på gulvet ved siden av sengen eller oppi sengen. TVen slo seg av kort tid etter at man slo den på, uten grunn mens man så på. I tillegg var rommene lytt så man kunne høre når folk gikk forbi i gangen utenfor og pratet. Det negative var likevel ikke så stort at jeg ikke vil kunne dra dit på nytt."

"Bra boende för konsert på intilliggande Unity Arena. Valde att äta "konsert-buffé" i hotellets restaurang och fick bra valuta för pengarna. Rummet var fint och fräscht. Sköna sängar."

"I already called Expedia about this yesterday trying to cancel my booking because it was so appaling. All the furniture had stains on it, the bedding wasn't provided and we had to wait until sheets andctowels were done drying late in the evening. I also shared pictures with your agent. This property should not be rented out on Expedia."
