"The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. "Ratings skewed by effects of ongoing renovation. Attempted to check-in at 2:50 PM. Informed no rooms were ready. Came back at approximately 9:00 PM and learned there was no water. Kyle Thomas at the desk was helpful in cancelling my reservation and hopefully crediting my credit card account."
