"Yes, horribly neglected. There was zero cleaning supplies in the room. There was only a boat two sheets of toilet paper left on the roll with no extra look like somebody threw up outside the room door that had been there for several weeks stains on the walls the little Chinese guy came out. I asked him to salt a little bit of the walkway as it was extremely icy. He reluctantly did that. He said it’s OK just walk over top of it and I said it’s super treacherous didn’t feel like slipping as I was...

"Room had no heat, no hot water. Owners put me way in the back of the motel, very uncomfortable stay and will not be going back. "
