"Looks like they started renovating the room and stopped in the middle. Room was missing pictures.. there wasn't a couch in the king suite but there were 2 refrigerators. No outlets next to the on one side of the bed. The plugs on the other side of the bed were so worn out they wouldn't hold a phone cord. It would fall out. Could be an amazing room with a little work. Hot water was great! Room was clean."

"Do not let the old/outdated look of this place fool you! This was an excellent place to spend the night at. We stayed for 2 nights and this place was perfect! Also, the receptionist was the reason why this place got a 5 star rating from us. We bothered her for no reason at all over a set of mislabeled bathtub faucets, and she was all smiles around, never once showed any attitudes for being pulled out of her cozy office on a cold evening. We would stay here again because of her hospitality. ...

"The room and stay were very nice. The carpet in our room (307) was torn in front of the cabinests near the bathroom and whoever patched the wall just inside the bathroom door needs a LOT of training. Neither of thos adversely affected our overall positive opinion of the stay."

"The $5 breakfast wasn't ready until after 6:30AM. We were told breakfast was to be ready at 6AM.
The front desk clerk pitched becoming a member, but when I asked if we could check out later if we became members, she told me only after 10 stays. What a terrible business model."

"So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????"

"I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid an additional fee for breakfast, which I ultimately was unable to use. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. The staff was not particularly helpful when I inquired about a refund for an extra room that I did not use, despite only staying one night.
