"Parking was easy and plentiful, at least at this time of year. We were a very short walk from the Cumberland main street. Room was clean and comfortable! I was especially impressed with the bed: most even higher end hotels provide far too-heavy blankets and a very fim mattress that lead to a stuffy, uncomfortable sleep. "We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp.
2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view!
3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to...

Staff was incredibly friendly and the owner could not have been more accommodating. Nothing went unattended or ignored. Best visit I’ve ever had to the area. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at this hotel for night hault during a long trip. The hotel was very conveniently located on the highway and was well maintained. Room was clean. Coffee & juice was available at all times. The staff at the help desk was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast menu could have been better. Overall a good hotel. I would stay there again while travelling on the same route."

"Had a wonderful stay here! The living room space was incredibly cozy. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, and we slept very well. Dan is a warm and friendly host, and we really enjoyed chatting with him.
The kitchen facilities were excellent and fully equipped. We were able to cook two dinners there comfortably, and the self-serve breakfast was a nice touch. The location next to the river and railroad tracks. The surroundings are serene and relaxing. Would absolutely love to come back....
