Pets allowed- 2 max $100 pet fee

Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less then 14 days before check in
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.

Please take trash out to trash bins on side of house, if they are full please leave in house at check out so the bears do not get them

Please move any furniture back to it's original spots if moved during you stay.

No parties- please be respectful of neighbors and noise level. No outside noise past 10pm

Weapons are not allowed on property.

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.

Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.

Great Find In The Mountains

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The home's prime location provided breathtaking views and easy access to all the local attractions. Every room is thoughtfully decorated to reflect the natural beauty of the region, creating an inviting ambiance that made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The layout was ideal—even with the entire family gathered for our get-together, we experienced ample space and comfort without ever feeling crowded. Communication with the owners was a breeze; they were exceptionally responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return and create even more cherished memories here!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The host was very prompt with all communication, everything was clean and clear cut. Plenty of ammenities and no lack of the basics! The space is ample and serene, quiet and exactly as advertised. Woukd certainly stay again when in the area.

Family event

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The game room and hot tub were popular with kids and adults. Great location for us to attend a family event in Asheville, wander and shop in Black Mountain, and spend an afternoon at the nature center. Beautiful views from the front porch and bedrooms. Would stay again.

This is as a great location for us, not far from hiking and not far from downtown Asheville. And very close to an amazing little bakery! Very nice view of the mountains from the front porch. Can’t wait to stay here again

Excellent mountain retreat

Excellent rental property! Everything was set up nicely and the location was great! Perfect for friend trip or family getaway! We had a great time 🙂. Excellent amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, large porch with rocking chairs! Weren’t kidding about the bears!- we saw one eating out of the neighbors’s garbage on our first morning.

Mom’s getaway for a weekend! This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect!! Close enough to downtown to make (multiple) trips for meals. Close enough to the Parkway for hiking. Sunrise view on the front porch was a dream! We would all absolutely stay here again, and the host was very responsive.

HS GIRLS REUNION WEEKEND

A great location and perfect for our girls’ weekend! My car is not 4 wheel drive and the steep gravel driveway took two tries. If the weather had been icy or snowy, I would not have made it up the roads into the neighborhood or up the driveway. The house was spacious and clean. It was a drizzly and chilly weekend, so we didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but the house is only 15 mi it’s from the Biltmore….which was our day fun! The house is Close to downtown black mountain and downtown Asheville, so it was perfect! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!
