"After a mixup where there was no bedding for the sofa bed, the owner of the property sorted it out very quickly for me. The property makes great use of the space - design is great. Makes a perfect base from which to explore the area. We will return if we come down to the area again "

"Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in).
A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming.
Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"Lovely spacious house with a comfortable homely feel. Nicely furnished and a well-equipped very useable kitchen. Clean and with ample heating and hot water. Good local shop and some excellent cafe/pub/restaurant options within easy walking distance. Would definitely return here."

"heck in was fine we were allowed in early as we had two babies, information given at check in very precise and detailed. Property very clean garden lovely. Kitchen facilities were good cooker hob took a little getting use to but cooked well and we had several large dinners and also barbecue was good we cant fault anything The only disappointment we had was we left 2 very large china dishes and one le creuset dish behind"

"Lovely spacious cottage, well appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to reach and within walking distance of shops and either by car or walk to the beach. Great place for our dog to stay too.Beds really comfortable and appreciated the downstairs toilet too. Made to feel very welcome by the hosts and the kind welcome gifts thank you! "
