Home features in home gym and foosball table as well as two work spaces and high speed internet. Home has a large private yard and deck for outdoor dining. This home is the best of both worlds. It's the perfect quiet getaway yet close to shopping and restaurants. Close to hwy. Mall of GA and Top Golf less than 15 mins away. Lake Lanier 20-30 mins. Atlanta 30-45 mins.

The house is nice, large and comfortable. It hasn’t been upgraded or taken care of in a while. The owner forgot to program the digital lock to let us in. We nearly got relocated by VRBO because the owner was not answering the messages and we could not get into the house. The fireplace is in the pictures but you’re not allowed to use it for liability reasons. It makes sense but the house is misrepresented online. The owner clearly struggles to be providing any hospitality. Just minimum possible.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay. Quiet neighborhood and house was clean. Only complaint is we would’ve liked more towels and a kitchen towels, pot holders. Beds were very comfortable. Driveway is steep too, we had some trouble with the incline for a couple of people with us.

Family Wedding

Check in and out process was extremely easy. Coming in from California with flight delays until 1am we were so happy to just be able to have a keyless entry without any problems! The home is very spacious and worked well for our family of 11. Everything was clean and not cluttered. We were able to attend wedding events all day and come back in and out with no issues.

Overall this is a very nice property, however there were a few shortfalls. There were spider webs in many corners, ants coming in , the deck is rotted through and in need of serious repair. Not a TV in every bedroom and a disturbing hum/creak in the HVAC system...not handicap friendly. The house is spacious, quiet can accommodate a large group.

Takeaways

The house was the right size and fit the description. The furniture for seating at dining room table and living room was very uncomfortable. The garage door opener didn’t work. There were no dish towels in kitchen. The bath soap was cheap and did not make suds. The house needs an interior decorator it felt like a bachelors pad. I’m not complaining because I was glad to find a house this large near Atlanta area. I’m providing constructive criticism of a few items that can be easily corrected.

Beautiful property

My family and I had an amazing Christmas here! Everyone was able to have their own room and were impressed with the layout of the home. It was so nice to sit together for meals at the long dining table. I definitely recommend this property for family gatherings. We had a great time at the property. The manager was especially attentive to my needs and answered immediately when I had questions. The microwave stopped working and within an hour of my notification, we had a replacement microwave! I was totally impressed with the excellent customer service!
