"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat...

"Incredible! We loved our little cabin in the woods. I would highly recommend, it really suited us as a family of 4 with 2 little ones. It was comfy and cosy and all the little details had been considered! "

"The location was unbeatable. Maximum 3 minutes walk to the beach, even with the kods dragging their feet. We were lucky to find parking on a street 2 minutes away based on information received from the host and we only went back to the car after checkout, literally everything (beach, harbour, castle, town....) was an easy walk from the apartment. We would be happy to viait again."

"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! "This property did "exactly what it said on the tin": Communication with the owner was timely and efficient; the property was well equipped with just the right level of facilities; all info provided was up to date and useful. The really nice thing though was that it was quiet!"
