"The front desk, cleaning staff and cafe staff were great and the room was very clean. However, the decor was pretty much non-existent in my room so it lent itself to being very basic and unwelcoming. The biggest issue was being unable to connect to the WiFi from my room. I had to go to lobby to log on so was unable to get work done on my laptop."

"I stayed here due to location for where I had to be. The place stinks like marijuana. The manager was hostile towards me because someone broke into the hotel room where I had stayed. They have cameras on the side but no cameras on the outside the property, so while they saw me leave, they had no idea who broke in through the window into the room where I stayed. I returned the next day after leaving since I had to extend my trip by a day. Instead of asking me questions, the manager angrily...

"I was on the first floor and I heard banging all night I didn't go to sleep until 2 am I came into town for a funeral. I called the front desk twice and was told they would handle it and nothing was done until whomever or whatever was done banging and sliding around furniture or what they had going on horrible"

"Room was clean, but not enough USB Ports for phone. Casino was very lively. Wish they had free breakfast. The theatre was great for Aaron Lewis Concert, bars were great. Location to National Harbor and Navy Yard is awesome"

"As we pulled up, there was a man taking a piss right outside the entrance to the hotel lobby. NO!! I’M NOT KIDDING !! The elevator carpet was pulled up in areas and smelled of pot. The comforter on our bed was dirty with stain spots. IT WAS SO NASTY WE DIDNT EVEN STAY OVERNIGHT! "

"AKA was a perfect quick stay. The hotel staff, including the wonderful Marvin at checkout, was professional and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. While I traveled solo, it is a perfect hotel for families. I look forward to returning in the future."
