"Excellent staff and very clean "

"Everything was pretty good. Nice area around Everything. The only problem was the beds were uncomfortable, but everything else was pretty good. Will come again"

"The property was being remodeled. It was dirty and we recieved no service of our room. We had to track down our own toilet paper and bath towels. Pretty sad experience."

"The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. "

"The view from our 1 bedroom condo was perfect, the staff was very courteous and the palace had plenty of emienites to enjoy. We had a full sized kitchen which was great and the listing said a queen bed however was a king size so that was an added bonus. Definitely would consider rebooking in the future "

"There was a roach in the dresser and the floor was gross to even walk on and it just didnt look or feel clean at all. For the price it should of been better than what it was. "

"The room was literally falling apart. Stained. Stuff leftover from pervious guests like ashes, crumbs and a powder on the dresser and side table, booger on the top of the bed rail, shoe prints on the end of the bed and doors. Would not recommend. We didnt say anything because we were just grateful to be going on a trip and I guess got what we paid for. I will be calling the property and sending them pictures tho."

"Upon arrival I was greeted with a rude front desk employee. Who mentioned an additional $35 charge. I asked why it wasnt mentioned or included in the charge from expedia she said don't worry about it is standard. I mentioned contacting corporate she said i didn't need to do that. "

"Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. The ice machine doesn’t work but the day I was leaving learned you can go to the desk and they will provide it. The pool was very clean and...
