Beautiful 10BR/6Bath can sleep at least 28 people comfortably perfect for family reunions and all sorts of events. Perfect location the sea is right across the street and you have a beautiful ocean view from the huge balconies. Surfside bars are 3 mins away, Myrtle Beach airport is 8 miles away.

it`s 10 bedrooms with 6 full bathrooms and a 3 full kitchen perfect for a big family gathering, church retreats or a big group of friends trying to enjoy their reunion.

1st floor is 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 1 full Kitchen.

2024 Golf Trip

This property served our needs very well. Our group consisted of 16 golfers, and there were exactly 16 beds. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. We did not use the pool, but it was very nice. One plus was that we were within easy walking distance of several restaurants. We especially enjoyed Pizza Hyena and Chimichanga Llama Cantina. A minor inconvenience was that four guys had to share a bathroom on the first two floors. Also, not all of the washers and dryers were working properly. Our trip occurred during Harley Week. There was a lot of noise from motorcycles at all hours, but this was not the fault of the property itself. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property.

2024 Golf Trip

Our group consisted of 16 golfers and the house was perfect for our needs. We were close to the golf courses and also had easy access to the beach. It was also a plus to be within walking distance of several good restaurants. We did not really use the pool, but it was very nice. We are an older group, so the stairs were a bit of an issue. However, the cargo elevator was a huge help. The house was very clean. We did have an issue with one of the washers, but we made do with the ones that did work. Our trip was during Harley Week, so we had to listen to a lot of loud motorcycles. We knew this going in and is no reflection on the property. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to any large group.

Great Group Vacation Property

Our stay was generally great overall, 4/5. The property has three separate levels that are not interconnected except by external stairs. The elderly members of our group found the stairs problematic, and even the adults/teens during the day in direct sunlight were tired of the stairs. There is a cargo lift to help with luggage, but the property did not appear to be handicap accessible. We did not receive an intended welcome e-mail, so we had to contact the property manager to learn how to get access to the property when we arrived, but after about 20 minutes, we were able to obtain access. The property itself was lovely, generally clean, and well-kept. However, we noted cockroaches on the exterior patios and later in an upstairs shower and downstairs kitchen. We notified the property manager and offered to provide photographs, but never received any contact back. The insects were insufficient to force us to leave, but no one wanted to see roaches indoors. The air conditioning was also weak on the top floor, so even set to the requested minimum of 74, it still could not maintain a temperature below 78. The kitchens also left something to be desired, as there was no organization, and 115 dull/bent chef knives do not help prepare a meal, but we found sufficient culinary equipment after some searching. If not for the roaches, we likely would stay again.

Region Sales Meeting

We were a party of 8 adults holding a meeting at the house. We made use of all floors. Property was clean and neat. We held meetings in the living room and front porch areas over two days. Surfside Beach is a great area and the property is convenient to restaurants and activities. Peter was very prompt in responding to any request. Would definitely recommend.

Great place!

Easy booking process. Had to contact the owner before our trip and he was very responsive and helpful. The house, itself was perfect for our group. The pool was refreshing. And the beach was directly across the street and easy to access. The area of Surfside was quaint and has several restaurants nearby. Much better area then Myrtle Beach! We had an excellent time.
