Welcome to 'Endless Summer'! This recently renovated oceanfront Surfside Beach home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, and will comfortably accommodate 16 guests. Step out onto your direct oceanfront deck and enjoy the sounds of waves crashing and feel the ocean breeze. Wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the Atlantic Ocean. After long days on the beach, you can relax around the serene private pool (Private pool is heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F).

Inside you will find an inviting, comfortable coastal decor interior. The fully updated kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Endless Summer offers a bedroom on the main living level with 3 additional bedrooms on the top floor. Four updated bathrooms ensures that everyone has the comforts of home while on vacation!

Great beach front house!

Spacious beach house with private pool. Awesome views and only steps from the beach.Covered porch was a plus. Loved our week there and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Spring Break 2025

We loved this home for our spring break trip with friends! The bunk room was great for kids, 2 master bedrooms for adults. Being able to walk out to the beach in an instant or run back for snacks or towels made this home perfect! Surfside Beach is well maintained by the city and everything you need is a short walk or drive away! We’ve been coming back here often since 2018 and always will!

Everything we hoped it would be!

From the moment we pulled up to the property, it was everything we hoped for! Plenty of room for 2 families, fully appointed kitchen, clean, the pool, view and beach access were perfect! A few things that set this property apart: linens are provided! The pool was cleaned several times throughout the week! Pro tip: rent the golf cart. So fun to tool around the area this way, especially being centrally located near restaurants and the ice cream shop! Only 1 minor issue: the electrical outlet by the pool and in the upstairs baths didn’t work. Appears there’s a crack in the conduit line. Minor inconvenience which I’m sure the owners will get right on based on how well they care for this home. 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning!

We kept having problems with the heated pool ! They said to call if we got there early that we might get to check in early but the owner had a hold till 4:00

Endless Summer

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was a big plus to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The open living room/ dining area was great for a big group to be together. Of course being right on the beach was wonderful. We were so thankful our dog could be with us on our holiday getaway!

Great location!

Hate that our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Ian but felt it was in the best interest of our safety. Seemed to be a little confusion with check in. The site said to call if you were arriving early to maybe check in a little early. Check in was at 4 but when I called I was told it would be ready by 3:30. The property wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be. Maybe because we checked in 30 mins early?

Ocean Front Paradise

We absolutely loved this house. It has recently been renovated and re-decorated so it’s very beachy. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked a good bit on this trip. The best part is being steps from the beach—the kids loved the heated pool. My little dog did not want to leave. Dealing with Dunes Realty is awesome—I called to ask if I could get the propane tank refilled for the grill and they sent maintenance to handle it right away. A pool guy came 3x to clean the pool and check ph so this is a very well-maintained property. We will definitely be back to this house or a larger house and book with Dunes Realty in the future.

Great vacation house

Loved this house, everything we could have asked for. Kitchen has everything you could want, even a separate ice maker! Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for us, not noisy or busy. Pool was great also. We would definitely rent here again.
