Cozy Beach House with Complimentary Golf Cart

Well-maintained, newly renovated one-story home with spacious covered front porch 200 yards from the beach. Living area has cable TV/DVD/WIFI and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.First bedroom has two double beds-second bedroom has one double bed. Each bedroom has a T.V. Two bathrooms. Sleeps 6 people. No smoking & no pets please. Complimentary golf cart. Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday June, July, and the first of August. All other times there is a 3 night minimum unless there are only 2 nights available. Check-In time is 3:00p.m. Check-Out time is 10:00a.m. You must be 25 years old to rent and 21 to drive the golf cart! There is a $400 refundable security deposit if house if left UNDAMAGED and no violations! We have a cleaning lady that will clean the house for you after you depart. WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25!!!! WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL GRADS OR COLLEGE STUDENTS!

Campground amenities include three Outdoor Pools, water part, one Indoor Pool, 18 Hole Putt Putt Golf, Tennis & Basketball, volleyball ,corn hole, horseshoes,playgrounds, Snack/Ice Cream Bar, Arcade, Laundromat, and a 10,000 square foot campground store.

NEVER leave golf cart in the driveway over night, always put it in the golf building and locked. Must be 21 to drive golf cart with a valid license.

The house was great. Had everything we needed.The kiddos rode there soccer’s.The street was really busy.Had to be very careful.Our son and this family were camping too.So we had a lot of family time it was awesome

Great get away, everything you need in a place to play!

Everything was good. two little things I would like to say.The bed in big bed room very noisy ! Also I weigh 225. I just did fit through bathroom doors. Made it ok! But if you are a large person 300 or better, You might have a problem!

Great Location

We love OL! This was our first Halloweekend and it was so fun. The only suggestion I have is to maybe leave a few types of cleaners available so that we can clean up after ourselves if needed.

Just Ok

Nice house for a short stay, I would not recommend for a longer stay due to lack of washer/Dryer/Dishwasher. Cleanliness got 3 stars due to the ice maker being moldy! And the refrigerator being dirty. There are cameras around the house which are being used regularly for surveillance and the host will send messages in the middle of the night about things they saw on camera. Camera on front porch (pointed to seating area) showed red light (I assume that’s when it was used) regularly, this made us very uncomfortable and ruined a good bit of our relaxation. Even if you’re not doing anything illegal, knowing that you’re watched (and maybe listened to) is not what I imagine for my sparse vacation time.
