Beach house with ocean view from all decks. 100 yard walk to the beach. Ocean Lakes is way more than a campground! A mile of beach, secure access and 24hr security. Huge water park and many other activities. Everything you need is on the property. If you have kids this is a great place to be, and if you want a quiet getaway, spring, fall and winter is a great time to be here too. Its not just a summer destination! Golf cart included. Easy access to area golf courses. Length of stay varies by time of year. The cleaning fee includes linens. Note on vehicle passes. Ocean Lakes requires vehicle passes are for every vehicle entering the property. This is the only fee not included in your booking as this is handled directly by Ocean Lakes. Vehicle passes are $12/vehicle/day in advance with express check in.

Great house that's very close to the water! Golf cart inclusion was a huge plus. Brand new porches with afternoon shade, a large outdoor shower, a large fridge, and great communication with the host are just a few of the positives.

Family friendly house with location to boot

Location was perfect, walked to the beach almost everyday. Ocean Lakes amenities is a family favorite and will be happy to rent your place again. Enjoyed the spacious deck with chairs and eating area. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate my family size.

A view of the beach!

Very nice beach house. The balconies each have a small view of the ocean, which we loved! The house is only maybe 6-8 back from the beach, so it’s nothing to walk, but it’s great having a golf cart included!! The house was spacious and clean. And the host Carolyn was very quick to respond to any questions and even checked in with us after we had checked in. Would def stay again! Thank you!!

Great Location

Very nice home, clean and comfortable for all 8 adults in my group. A good time was had by all. We used the expansive deck most nights to eat and play card games. Golf cart was a great bonus. But my absolute favorite was the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water it was perfect! Thanks we will come again!

Fall festivities galore , although we went for an estate planning short meet and greet it is a lovely park and we will be back . The host is very helpful and pleasant! The Home decore for fall and Halloween were a nice surprise 😍

I booked this property for my sons families for a family vacation. Caroline was very easy to contact and answered any questions/problems with had with the property quickly. The property is in a great location - close to the beach and a short ride away from the pool, snack bar, and activity building. My sons and their families enjoyed their stay.

Oceanlakes site 1183

Overall this house is as described online. We were able to get in the house a little earlier than expected, so that was nice. The kitchen and living room floors had not been mopped but otherwise the house and bathrooms were clean. We were informed as we checked in that the oven wasn't working. The owner did try to get it repaired but we only had 1 night that it worked. That really messed up our breakfast bacon and cinnamon rolls routine. I was disappointed that the owner offered no kind of compensation. A gift card for Sandy's Meet and Eat, or Hardees'--or a discount on future booking? Nothing. The outdoor grill was on the upper deck and in good shape. The outdoor deck was in bad shape-rotting wood and peeling finishes. We could not walk barefoot on the deck for fear of splinters. The outdoor space under the house had some old chairs-nothing comfortable to lounge in. The golf cart was adequate. It would have been nice to have a larger one since the house sleeps 12, but we rented one from Oceanlakes. It's a very short walk to the beach access "T" at the far right of the Oceanlakes property. It's close to the Holiday Inn and there were fireworks every night. This house is 8 houses back from the beach.

Stove did not work so we couldn’t cook. Very disappointing but we made the best of it. Grill was rusted and didn’t work properly either so mostly takeout. Not what we planned Overall was a great learning g experience.

Ocean Lakes Spring Break

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room to spread out, yet great spaces to gather and share time. The walk to the beach was minimal. The golf-cart added a bit of fun as we toured the neighborhood. The area homes are as varied as the people and equally as charming. It was a festive trip.
