- Gas golf carts are allowed and must use one of the 2 allotted parking spots

Surfside/Garden City Beaches are the perfect location for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Regardless of the reason, the South Strand area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from this property. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the south and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises!

The condo was very clean and updated with stainless steel appliances and well stocked kitchen. Big bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Front porch was nice and road facing. Beach was just across the street and located in Surfside beach area. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with everything you might need. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Huge plus was beach access right across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Long Weekend w/Family & Friends

GREAT location to the beach and easy access to everything … grocery, gas, restaurants! Well appointed condo with shower to wash off sand and a pool to float in after a day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again and I’d highly recommend.

Clean and spacious condo

Everything was exactly as described, except there are many extra amenities included. A family member stayed in the same complex and this unit had a lot more as far as dishes and little extra touches throughout and the decor was really nicely done. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and were right across from the beach. My only comment is I wish you didn’t have to go to the secondary location for the check-in items… Seems to me we can be texted the passcode and everything else could be left on the table. It’s challenging when you don’t have a rental car and have kids. Would definitely stay again though!

Awful

To say this was a disappointment is an understatement when we arrived there was no light in the kitchen and 2 to 3 cockroaches as the week progresses. The air conditioner did not work. We could not turn the oven on because the room got over 80° so we had to spend twice as much money eating every single meal out. The hot water in the bathroom didn’t work initially, and we found 5 to 6 cockroaches every single day, and had to go out and buy stuff to treat it ourselves. I was in constant contact with the property management people who were perfectly nice, but never fixed anything for us, at least the things that matter the most the cockroaches and air conditioning. We were never offered any kind of compensation for having to eat three meals a day out for fear that the condo would get over 80°. So we ended up staying nine days in a cockroach infested home with no air-conditioning in the living area had to eat or meals out was just an absolute nightmare.

Nice job place

This was a nice clean place to stay .. so close to the beach with everything you need .. only negative thing I can say is that it is a noisy area if you would like a more peaceful experience .. communication with Mandy the property manager was excellent and she was very prompt with our questions and inquiries..
