"December Cottage" has been recently updated! This tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront beach cottage is in the perfect location for walking to all of the island restaurants and night life. New for 2025 Pet Friendly (Additional Fee Required)

"December Cottage" is located on the popular East End of Holden Beach, resting directly on the ocean's edge, with a private walkway to the beach. This delightful cottage is spacious and bright, with a beautiful oceanfront sunroom, comfortably furnished and perfect for relaxing and gazing out at the sparkling Atlantic Ocean! You will adore the unique pieces of furniture and décor throughout this home! The living room is filled with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen tv. The family chef will love the well stocked kitchen, complete with everything necessary to prepare homecooked meals. The dining table is large enough for everyone to gather together to eat homecooked meals or enjoy family game night, all while making memories that will last a lifetime!

With the convenience of one level, "December Cottage" will accommodate up to 6 guests. Bedroom #1 is complete with a King size bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, while Bedroom #3 is complete with 2 Twin beds. Enjoy watching glorious Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets from the oceanfront sundeck. Take a walk on the beach to search for your favorite seashells, or do some surf fishing right in front of the house. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Walk to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner with live music, or join the crowd under the bridge for the free Sunday evening summer concerts. With all that it has to offer, "December Cottage" will definitely be your favorite Holden Beach vacation spot! *Please note that this house DOES now have a washer & dryer.*

Loved it! This home was immaculate, so clean and well maintained. Check in was super easy with the happy stays app. Everything was so convenient and easy! The kitchen was super well stocked, nice cookware, plenty of utensils. Our dog also enjoyed it! Would recommend, in fact we plan on booking it for next year as well.

Great location some essentials missing for prices

Loved the location of this house, beach front and walkable distance to restaurants. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Be aware that several of the doors including bathroom and bedroom doors were slated (like shutters) which reduced privacy. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we are use to in rentals missing strainer and limited knives, pot sizes ect… the back porch had a beautiful view but the porch was small, not covered, and plastic chairs made it less comfortable to sit on. The ground level back had no beach view so using the swing was nice but unable to see beach or any view.

December cottage in August

House was very nice. First stay at Holden Beach. Loved it. The decor of the house was not my style. Kinda dark and museum like and kitchen was not well stocked but would definitely consider staying there again.
