"My husband and I stayed there for five nights, and it was beautiful. The room was very clean. We were greeted very politely upon arrival, and the service was the best I've ever experienced. "We found this hotel to be perfect for our needs. It is located on the edge of Goreme town which means it is quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and varied. The room was well appointed, with a nice view from and everywhere was immaculately clean "

"The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. "This hotel was truly magical. I would highly recommend me & my wife felt so cared for by the staff as they waited for us as we arrived so very early in the morning. The views were stunning the hotel was clean & very well taken care of. It just got a little cold during our stay in the winter time, however our staff provided heaters for us that helped! Also the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend staying and would stay here again! "
