"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

Staff is friendly, makes sure everything is handled well from check-in to cleaning to complimentary breakfast. Location is close to the mall, restaurants, and line link station. "The hotel is located in a very quiet, secure, and convenient area. We arrived super early from a cruise and yet, our room was ready! The room was very spacious, great light, and felt luxurious! Awesome quality towels and robes. The bed was super soft, which was not good for me since I have a back injury and need a firmer bed. The facilities are all impeccable, we were 10 minutes away walking ti the Seattle Center. We felt safe at all times walking in that neighborhood. Raul in the front desk...

"The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day.
The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... I travel a lot for work, and this was by far the best pillows and...
