Seascape Studio : Beach Retreat

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful Sunset Beach. This space is a lockout unit similar to an adjoining hotel room. The space is a bit dated but very clean and less than 2 miles from the Ocean. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.

We were very comfortable in the studio apartment. The weather was too cold for the outside pool but that was expected. The host was super nice and we had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay with this host again.

This studio apt. was very clean and perfect for spending a few days at the beach or golfing. There is no table to sit at for eating, rather a love seat. The bed was comfortable and the Sea Trail resort very pleasant.

We booked Seascape Studio Beach Retreat for a quick weekend getaway leading into our 31st anniversary, and it was exactly what we needed.We didn’t want to travel abroad this year — just somewhere peaceful, with salt air, within a couple of hours from home. James’s place absolutely delivered.The studio has a wonderful ambiance — comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. It felt like a true retreat the moment we walked in. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet quiet enough to unwind and disconnect.James was an outstanding host. He was responsive, proactive with recommendations, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate, the studio itself made the weekend special. It was the perfect setting to slow down and celebrate.We highly recommend Seascape Studio Beach Retreat and can’t wait to stay with James again.

This is the perfect getaway for two. The apartment is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The location is a very short drive to the beach, shops, and activities. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Condo was very nice , very clean and set up perfect for a weekend visit, the only complaint is the bed frame is very noisy and the refrigerator made a loud noise when it would come on . Made it hard to sleep for us anyway.

It was a beautiful setting in a golfing community. I felt very safe. I went in off-season, so was not able to use the pool. But I can only imagine that it was as well-maintained as the rest of the property, which was well manicured. The condo itself was compact and had everything that I needed. I do wish there had been a small coffee table for when I did choose to eat meals in the condo. Otherwise, everything was nicely appointed. The location is fantastic! It’s very easy to get to the beach and to local shopping and restaurants. James was absolutely wonderful at communicating. He made sure that I got into the condo safely and checked on me during my stay. He was not at all intrusive, just very considerate. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a host. I would absolutely recommend This place to anybody.

Decent, the pics need to be updated, there are 24 pics of the same 1 bd and bath with different bedsheets. Read the description thoroughly bc I didnt and thought it was going to be bigger than it was. The coffee table is no longer there and the couch cushions could use some cleaning bc it has all kinds of stains on it.We didn't use any of the towels, bed sheets or pillows we brought or own, and the bed is stiff as a board. It's great for a couple nights stay wouldn't recommend this for weekly stays.

Great place to stay. Everything was just as it was listed. Clean and updated with some extras. James was great to work with and very communicative regarding the check in and check out. Will definitely stay again!!!

Adaquate, which is enough for a 1 night, business trip. I was there for less than 13 hours. It is small and would be cramped (for me) to share with another person and/or pet, albeit a Pet friendly property. I would recommend expanding the bathroom area by replacing the straight shower curtain rod with a curved rod and a clear plastic liner (instead of black). The bathroom lighting isn’t great and the shower felt very small and dark.

Travel Stay

Not a bad stay. I thought this was a first floor condo but it was on the 2nd floor, probably my mistake. I thought the condo was a lot smaller than depicted. Furniture was older and some in need of repair. Overall the place was clean.
