On Sunset Beach Island 1 Bedroom Condo sleeps 4 Water view! Unit 1

This beautiful condo is located on Sunset Beach Island. Directly in the middle of Main St and only one block to Sunset Beach's main beach access and Fishing Pier. This one-bedroom condo has a King bed and a pull out sofa bed. It's on the second floor and has a great view of the ocean from the front porch with the best rocking chairs ever to relax in with a cold drink. Brand new updates for the "2020" season! Outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and all-new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo! Also a new dining area set and living room couch. Newly updated lighting outside the whole building for parking and safety. Central air conditioning, as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and are all included. Cable TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi all come with this gorgeous condo. There are 2 TV's, one bedroom and one living room. Connecting room available check unit #2 calendar to see if both are available.

What's included?? We like to make it as convenient as possible so we include the following.
Hand soap, Dawn, dishwashing machine tablets, Some paper towels , toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softer sheets. All types of cleaning supply's and garbage bags for your stay. There are also coffee filters and a cabinet full of spices.

Sunset Beach is conveniently located halfway between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC. You are surrounded by World Class Golf Courses and Great Sport Fishing. Let's not forget Calabash and their famous seafood only 10 minutes away. There is always something to do even if that means doing nothing but laying on the perfect silky sandy beaches.

We are pet-friendly but have some restrictions. There is a $65 pet fee, No long hair dogs, the weight limit is under 40 lbs, No aggressive breeds. Please crate your dog if you leave them in the condo during the day while you're at the beach. Please note, Dogs are prohibited on the beach 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. The Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dogs must be on a leash no more than 10', and please clean up after your pet.

Attention Boat Owners!! There is Dry Dock boat slip available for an extra fee, please call or email for details. It is only 5 min from Condo and 1.5 miles from inlet!!

Perfect for two

Easy walk to beach, clean, quiet, spacious 1 BR condo. Great bed, linens, towels, view out windows, rocking chairs on porch. Only recommendation is to upgrade cable service. TV is an adventure. Didn't come to watch TV BUT had a game I wanted to watch. I don't know, maybe this is only cable available on island? Robert is a good host, very responsive for the most part.

Great time at Sunset Beach

This location was perfect for a quick getaway to sunset beach. Apartment was clean and well stocked with necessities. Loved that it was so close to beach. Nice area to sit outside. Right beside three stores with ice cream, coffee, beer, etc. Lots of places to eat within a 10 mile radius. Would highly recommend and hope we can visit again!

The condo was very clean. The location was great! Easy to get coffee in the morning and ice cream at night from the stores right underneath. There was no noise from the establishments below. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place, great ocean views

Perfect place at Sunset Beach to see the ocean and be right in the middle of it all! Easy check in, super clean, provided beach towels, etc. King bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable! I will be back, brought my 85 year old mother and myself for 3 nights! She had no problem with the stairs.

Great honeymoon!

We had a great week on our honeymoon staying at Sunset Beach! The location of the property was convenient with a beautiful view of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. Once we figured out where to park, the condo was easy to access. It was clean and cozy, and was the perfect place for us to spend the week.

Family Vacation

We really loved the rental. It was very clean and plenty of room for our teenage boys. It had everything we needed. Very conveniently located near the beach access. We loved being able to walk downstairs to grab ice cream or slushies in the evening. The boys were able to walk around outside in the eveningsand be close by. Even though we were located over the ice cream shop and store, it was very quiet. We will definitely be booking here again. No complaints at all.

A Real Jewel on Sunset Beach

Very clean, spacious 1br condo, great location, great front porch and rockers, quality king bed, luxury feel of linens and towels. Convenient store underneath and next door. Only recommendation is to upgrade the living room TV and cable service to match quality of rest of condo.

Location, location, location!

The unit is impeccably clean and well stocked. A 3 minute walk to sunset pier! A convenience store two doors down, beach paraphernalia below unit. The only problem we had was the pull out couch mattress which my teen daughter described as getting poked by springs all night so she had to sleep on then couch instead the whole trip. Other than that, the unit is perfect! Will definitely be back!
