"Best bang for your buck place! Staff were super as well."

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

"The My Place in Carson City Nevada seems new. I don't know how old it is, but it is well kept and the staff courteous. The room was comfortable and the recliner and desk were both used and appreciated by my wife and I. The bath/shower was very nice."

"I thought everything was really nice. One of the things that I absolutely noticed and it was done on purpose. I’m sure because you have absolutely no seating for people at all outside the pool area. You’ve got a huge area back there and nowhere to sit down have a cup of coffee enjoy besides being having to go to the pool or not getting your choice to sit down outside and second was you guys close down the beach at 7 o’clock and wouldn’t allow people to sit down there, which is ridiculous because...

"Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. "

"The breakfast bar exceeded my expectations all three mornings I was there. Two types of egg dishes, bacon, sausage, potatoes… different each day. My only complaint is with the HVAC… very noisy fan. Fortunately, the window could open so I could turn it off to sleep. Two others in my group had miserable nights sleeping because of heat/cold/noise issues. "

Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. "I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus.
