"Pros: The room was very clean, as well as the property. A great place to stay when planning for an early flight. Shuttle services to the airport as well. Price was good for the area.
Cons: Room lighting was a bit odd. The bathroom light was tied to the vanity (outside the bathroom). So if you have someone with you that wants to continue resting while you shower, you blast the room with super bright light, sleep not happening! The shuttle services need tuning. "This property was wonderful. We wanted to be close to the airport when we drove in from Taos. Just stayed there in the hotel since we had an early flight out. The restaurant was great. The bar was good unfortunately it didn’t open till 5 PM but we survived."

"There were mouse droppings all around the baseboards in our room. Especially in the bathroom. We called down to the front desk and they offered to give us another room, we checked it out, you could tell mice had been in that room also and there was candy on the floor. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed. We went back to the desk and said we were leaving and told the person working the front desk, he just said "oh, thats so strange" we left!!!!"

"I had to switch rooms because level 2 is smoking rooms, and the smell travels up through the vents to the 3rd floor. Specifically the vent it came through and smelled so bad. However, the staff was very quick to make the situation better so may allergies were not bothered. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean but I will say the tub has a bit of peeled paint or chips but … everything else is so wonderful including the pool. Love staying here so much!"
