"Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. Basic breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are available with dinners being shared dishes with other guests which gives the opportunity to meet others. You can hire bikes...

I did the two-day, one-night cruise, and it was absolutely worth it. The activities were very well organized and enjoyable, and the service throughout was exceptional.
I especially want to highlight the outstanding service from Anita, who took care of us during dinner, breakfast, and lunch — always with a warm smile and great attention to detail.

"We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. "Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new.
