"So convenient for a night before the airport. Plenty of space in the hotel room, large pool, snack bar all came in handy. Only issue was we booked the 4 am shuttle and the shuttle driver was not only beyond rude, he made me, my toddler AND my stroller (yeah, picturing that?!) sit in the passenger seat due to the lack of room. I was so upset and shaken up from the way he spoke to me and the shuttle experience. "

Paid for two rooms conjoined but was changed to two rooms side by side so n different floor than requested. Staff was arguing with each other at front desk."

"When we arrive to check-in their was a $50 dollar Incidental hold , I had called ahead to ask what deposit/hold would it be before booking was told no hold or deposit was required. I plan prior to all my trips to insure costs as i do use my debit card .
It was a bit embarrassing as i was short $10 in my account for the hold . It was my END of the trip close to the airport booking .
We had figure it out. The front desk girl was great!
Shuttle service to and from airport was spot on and...
