"The hotel is right next to the biggest mall in Daqing. Although Daqing is a little dead, it's still in the most convenient spot possible. The staff is super helpful and basically accommodated me in every way. It is also the cleanest hotel I've stayed in China (and I've stay in many). I'm really particular when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel is top notch. A definite must try."

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. "This excellent hotel is located near train station. There are public buses to the central walking street and flood control monument. Famous dumpling restaurant chain nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well decorated, clean and warm. One of my best hotel experience in China, and for a very reasonable price too. I would stay here again if visiting Harbin. Staff speak English."

"Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us."
