  • Recently renovated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy cozy king beds with crisp linens, plush pillows, smart home features, and inviting spaces designed for relaxing together.

    The fully updated kitchen includes new appliances, cookware, spices, olive oil, a stocked coffee bar with Keurig, and all the essentials provided.

    The mudroom is spacious with a commercial sized washer and dryer available for guest use. Laundry supplies are provided.

    The dining area seats 8, and the living room features a 65” TV, Apple TV, record player, and smart home controls throughout.

    Three king bedrooms offer cozy mattresses, luxurious linens, ceiling fans, charging stations, and Alexa-enabled devices. The finished attic adds extra space with two twin beds, a fold-down couch, office area, and second coffee station.

    The home has newly renovated full bathroom on both floors which both offer plush towels and all the essentials. Neither bathroom is an en suite, so guest access is easy for all.

    Outside, unwind on the covered porch and pavilion, soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the fire pit with starter firewood included (extra firewood available on site).

    The home is located next to a small local high school, but with fencing, landscaping, and privacy walls, guests still enjoy a secluded and peaceful feel.

    Checkout is simple — leave the cleaning and details to us. Come as you are, leave refreshed.

Great rental! The attic area is very nice with the full bath. It is on a busy street but you can't hear the traffic in the house.

House was well set up for our girls weekend away. Beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room to relax and we could have invited a couple more lol. Hot tub and showers were fantastic. No complaints and we will be recommending the place to everyone we know that wants to stay in the area.

The kitchen was completely ready for a family to cook meals! They thought of everything! The coffee bar (both of them!) was amazing!!! The hot tub was clean and sooooo nice after a cold day of shopping!! The beds were so comfortable and big!!! Best VRBO we have ever rented in Amish country!! We will be back! Thank you!!!!

Family Retirement Getaway

Wonderful hostess, very clean and all the amenities you would need. The hostess were able to pick up a cake and have it at the house when we arrived. We will definitely stay again.

The house is totally unassuming from the front of the house. But goodness, the inside and back area were super nice! Very clean, loved each of the bedrooms and nice size finished loft upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need. Can’t say anything negative about this place.

Perfect getaway

I’ve been under a lot of stress lately with losing my mom. I was looking for a relaxing place to spend with my daughters and new grandson and this place fit the bill. Very clean and perfect location to shopping and restaurants. This house had everything we needed and then some. A lot of attention to detail was given. Will stay here again!

The house is in a beautiful location walking distance to town and the largest cuckoo clock! Everything is just a few minutes away to be able to do. The house is beautiful and clean and the beds were terrific. We enjoyed the campfire and was able to relax. It was the fabulous 50’s weekend and enjoy seeing all the old cars. would highly recommend !

Wonderful getaway

The house was very cozy and beautifully decorated. We loved the attention to every detail to make our stay relaxing, comfortable, and stressfree. It was very clean and the outdoor amenities were great! The location was very busy the weekend we were there due to the Swiss Festival. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and we had a great time. Destination Cozy is the Perfect Getaway

Early Mother's Day weekend for Mom. 8 in our group and we were very happy with the property. The bedrooms are well sized for sharing. The younger guests in our group loved the attic area and the outdoor areas. If you are visiting Amish Country, this house and location can't be beat.

We have stayed in at least 50 rentals over the years and this is by far the absolute best one. There is nothing that has been missed. Anything you could possibly need is there. The property is just as great as the pictures. We will definitely stay again when we return next year and the years after.

Ladies Retreat Trip

We loved this property. It was very clean, had everything you would need, with some bonus items. We were a group of 5 ladies and it was perfect for us. The king size beds were comfortable and cozy. It was close to everything we wanted to do and was in town. The host was amazing. We had a couple of very small issues that were my fault and she came over and took care of them easily and called me and told me what to do. We loved it and would definitely recommend it and will use it again our next time to visit. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Christmas Celebration

My husband and I, our two adult children and their spouses and our two grandchildren spent a wonderful weekend at this lovely house. The space was perfect for all of us to enjoy. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were private and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the house and only ventured out a few times for a meal & a little shopping. The little extras really made this a very comfortable stay for all of us. The only thing I regret is not being able to spend time outdoors because the space looked comfortable and inviting. The One on 39 did not disappoint and I would recommend this home for your next getaway.

Hands down a SIX star VRBO home!!

Communication with the hosts was so easy and fast, they provided (in great detail) information about the property, local restaurants and attractions. We could not have asked for more. The house was amazing, the house and management set the example for how a VRBO property should be. The house was super clean, and had everything we needed to have an amazing stay and explore Amish country. This one is at the top of our favorites. Highly recommend this centrally located, immaculate property if you are exploring this part of Ohio. Thank you for having us and we will be back.

Girl getaway!!

We had the best time at Destination Cozy! It was the perfect set up for a girls weekend! They had everything we needed and even extra needed items like toothbrushes, hair bands, etc. They even had fresh local donuts waiting for us on our arrival. The beds were amazingly comfortable & the hot tub was so nice! Everything was so modern and clean! The coffee bar was such a fun addition! We appreciated the big table for playing games and eating meals. The music throughout the house was so nice! They were very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We hope to book again with them soon!
