"The staff/managers let people around 40-50 adults and teens to have alcohol and party in the lobby until after 2:00 AM on Friday night and I asked for a different room on another floor and they said no.
On Saturday night it was a repeat of Friday night in which I got a video of the staff/managers allowing the partying and drinking again.. They also allowed drinking and underage partying in the parking lot with loud music until after midnight. The lobby was filled with about 60 people...

"room was clean, reception was clean and well kept. the hall way was clean and and well kept. it was a quiet hotel. the room was spotless and well kept. pillows were either to soft or too hard for me. I tossed and turned for 2 nights but i got some sleep. Breakfast was always ready and clean area, coffee was good. I would definitely stay here again."

"The air conditioning wouldn’t switch to heat. It got pretty cold overnight. Woke up this morning and went to go take a shower, and the hot water did not work. I sat there and let it run for 10 minutes and still wouldn’t warm up. The room was in decent shape though"

"The property was beautiful. The grounds were well kept. The hotel is in the middle of hills and the view is of beautiful mountains. The front desk and food service staff were all friendly. If I was in the area I would stay there again. Only comment is that there is not enough space on the sink. But everything was clean."
