"This was the best hotel/resort that I've been to! It is amazing, so beautiful and clean. The staff are wonderful, happy, and very helpful and accommodating. The food was great! I loved how eco friendly the hotel is. The spa is amazing! I enjoyed most of their treatments and facilities. There are many activities and excursions for everyone. I am obsessed with this place and I will be back again and again!"

The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality. No single problem was major, but together they created an experience that never matched expectations. "We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!"

"Nice hotel rooms and nice view. Breakfast is underwhelming as compared to the Oasis hotel across the street. Oasis has lower prices and better breakfast but the rooms are not as nice as the Lighthouse. However, the Lighthouse staff are much less friendly and less helpful than the Oasis. Overall, the Oasis seems like a much better value."

"Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....
