BEDROOMS This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the main-level suite. Each room includes comfortable bedding, TVs, and convenient storage options to help guests feel right at home.
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Features a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, room darkening shades, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Includes two queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, room darkening shades, hangers, and extra bedding for larger groups or families.
Bedroom 3 (Main Level Suite): Offers a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV, and private entrance, creating a comfortable suite-like retreat perfect for added privacy and convenience.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN The home’s inviting common spaces are designed for connection, relaxation, and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, while multiple dining areas provide plenty of seating for shared meals and gatherings. The kitchen island includes seating for two, while the main dining table seats six with additional dining space available in the bonus room.
Relax in the cozy living spaces featuring Smart TVs with Roku and Firesticks, a Blu Ray player, sound system, books, games, and a video library for entertainment during your stay. Guests working remotely will also appreciate the dedicated workspace complete with desk, printer, chair, and monitor.

★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★
PETS We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $100 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.
PARKING Parking is convenient with space for up to six vehicles in the driveway, including room for a boat and trailer. Street and overnight street parking are also allowed.
SECURITY FEATURES To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, the property includes modern safety features and tamper-resistant outlets throughout the home.
NEIGHBORHOOD Located in a quiet residential community in the heart of Sturgeon Bay, this home is ideal for peaceful family vacations and relaxing getaways. Guests are within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, bars, and entertainment while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood atmosphere.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially during evening hours. Parties, bachelor and bachelorette groups, reunions, and other loud gatherings are not permitted.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.
If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.
We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.
CLEANING FEE Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect.
