"Great stay for our small family with 2 small kids. Check in and out were quick and easy. The room was nice and clean, the beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for the little ones to run/crawl around. We got dinner the first night which was lovely as was the breakfast on both mornings. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly and helpful. It's in a great location to explore Skye and would recommend staying here to anyone. The only thing is if you are driving there...

"Location is beautiful, food was very good both breakfast and dinner. Weird spacing in the bathroom...could barely maneuver on the toilet as the shower is so close. The floors are old and creaky as was the bed springs mattress...very bouncy...boing boing boing. Core staff is from Sri Lanka and very much wanting to serve and please. But overall we had a lovely quiet stay. "

"We’ve been traveling Scotland for a week and this was the most expensive stay, yet the accommodations were lacking. Cons: The bed sagged, you could hear people walking above you and the noise from the neighboring tv. Pros: it was clean, they had nice linens, and the staff were very friendly. Their restaurant was very good. Breakfast at the hotel had many options, however they were reluctant to refill after the tour bus left. Way too pricey for what we got. "

"A wee bit of a Fawlty Towers experience when we went to their restaurant for dinner the first night. The hotel in general was good. Comfortable beds and best of all Haggis for breakfast!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Skeabost! The bartender, check in staff and wait staff were all very friendly! The view is magnificent and we walked all around the property after breakfast. Babbling brook, abandoned medieval ruins and a 9 hole golf course that is no longer in use. We loved our stay!"
