"The keyless entry worked flawlessly. The property was secure and well lite. We entered the first floor condo to be greeted by a handwritten note and gift bag, which included a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch! The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Loved the dual-showerhead action. I didn't care for the shampoo/conditioner product - left my hair feeling dry so I was glad I brought backup. The body wash was fine. I didn't use the washer/dryer, but they provided everything...

"We loved our dinner next door and the room was beautiful, albeit no view or balcony. The only real negative feedback we have was that, despite the noise machine they provide for you, we did not sleep at all. The traffic noise was horrible all night and there was screaming, loud motorcycles, and loud traffic noise coming at all hours of the night. Perhaps Friday night on and around King Street is too rowdy but we never had this problem at other hotels on the same road. We could hear EVERYTHING...

"We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. "We loved our stay here! So convenient and close to everything, walkable to all restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. Loved the iconic history of the hotel, it was the perfect place for our 10-year anniversary trip. Rooms were nice and well-equipped with comfy beds and service was top notch. Would definitely stay here again. "
