The Space:

Cabin 1 is nestled just steps from the scenic Sac River, our cozy cabins offer a peaceful retreat with breathtaking river views and the soothing sounds of water flowing over the dam. Whether you're looking to relax in a hammock, cast a fishing line, take a refreshing swim, gather around a crackling fire, or enjoy a meal on the picnic table or patio, your front yard provides the perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment.

Inside, the main floor features an open and inviting space with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a well-appointed bathroom—all designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

✨ Kitchen: Stocked with all the essentials, including pots and pans, a coffee maker, a cutting board, and a knife, so you can easily prepare meals during your stay.

🚿 Bathroom: Located just off the entryway, the bathroom features a high-pressure shower for a refreshing rinse after a day on the river. We provide conditioning shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

🛋️ Living Area: Relax in the cozy main space, complete with a Futon sofa for additional sleeping arrangements, a comfortable chair, and convenient hooks and storage for your belongings.

🛏️ Loft Bedroom: The main sleeping area is located in the loft, offering a snug retreat with a great view. Cabin one features a King bed and a Futon in the loft. Please note that the stairs are steep, but sturdy handrails provide added stability.

No matter the season, our cabins are designed for year-round comfort, featuring both heating and air conditioning to ensure a cozy stay.

Guest Access:
You'll have private access to your cabin, patio, front yard space, and direct river access. Additionally, you're welcome to explore and enjoy other areas of the Hideaway River Farm (HRF) property.

🎣 Fishing & Relaxing: Feel free to fish along the riverbank wherever other guests are not present. "The Point" is a favorite spot for fishing, unwinding, and soaking in nature’s beauty.

🎶 Gathering Spaces: Our stage area is open for guests to relax and picnic—unless it's being used for an event.

🌳 Outdoor Fun: You’ll have access to our playground and open field, perfect for running, playing, and making memories with your children.

🛶 Water Access: A boat launch is available for small watercraft and floats, and you can also access the water directly from the cabin area.

🐾 Pet Policy: Pets must remain leashed and under control at all times. To maintain cleanliness, they are not allowed in sleeping lofts or on beds.

🔥 Firewood Notice: To protect our native trees, outside firewood is not permitted. Firewood is available on-site. You can also prepay for Firewood upon booking.

🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed outdoors, away from patios. Please be considerate—nothing disrupts nature’s tranquility like unwanted smoke.

When you arrive, you can proceed directly to your cabin—no check-in required!

Park to the right side of your cabin (one vehicle per cabin).
The door will be unlocked, and you’ll find the key inside along with additional information about your stay.
If you have extra vehicles, they may be parked in the overflow area across from the bathhouse.
