The space
This modern luxury vacation villa is ideally designed for relaxing and escaping from the stresses of everyday life. Whether you want to completely getaway for a few days without interruptions, celebrate a special occasion, unwind with the family or enjoy a variety of outdoor activities -- here you can have it all!

The inviting open concept living room is designed for entertaining and your pure enjoyment! Across from the large leather sectional, is a 65 inch HD TV, centrally located on the living room wall. The master bedroom is also equipped with a modern tv. Everything is internet connected with the complimentary Wi-fi, so you can easily log in. At the end of the day, don't miss a second watching your favorite shows or enjoying a bowl of popcorn while streaming the latest movie on Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, etc.

Completely relax in the two beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a roomy queen bed. Both stunning bedrooms boast high-end luxury linens, extra pillows and blankets for complete comfort, their own private bathrooms, plenty of closet space, big open window walls, mirrors and gorgeous chandeliers for an open and upscale feel.

There's plenty of space to refresh and recharge in each of the two spacious bathrooms. Feel like royalty when you step foot onto the mosaic tiles of the European style shower. The vaulted ceiling and skylight, paired with a relaxing rainfall showerhead, ensures you leave the experience feeling invigorated and fresh. Fluffy towels, blow dryer, and shower toiletries for villa use will be provided. Each bathroom allows ample room to get ready for an exciting day of adventure at the lake or at one of the many trails perfect for hiking and biking.

Whether you're a gourmet chef or amateur cook, you'll find the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any level of meal preparation. Enjoy granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances plus a generous selection of cookware and elegant dinnerware are all provided. You will find everything you need to cook and serve a meal in your new home away from home! We even supply a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary pods so you can look forward to a warm morning brew, or a cozy cocoa cup in the evening.

Tucked neatly between the kitchen and bedroom, you’ll find a full size washer and dryer, complete with all your laundry essentials, conveniently available to you after a day of play outdoors.

Stockton Lake Retreat has a total of 9 modern luxurious villas within the Starburst 30 acre property. Each villa is separate and away from each other. A height extended fence surrounding the private courtyard is designed so each guest can grill, entertain, relax and enjoy the firepit, stunning waterfall and private hot tub in their own space with complete privacy (and peace of mind, knowing that the tub has been completely drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water just for you)!

The property is situated conveniently close to Stockton Lake and Stockton Park Marina, with 300 miles of gorgeous, undeveloped shoreline just waiting for you to explore! Not crowded or overpopulated, the beautiful pristine clear blue water lake has quickly become a favorite spot for recreational and tournament fishing, swimming, water skiing, kayaking, wake boarding and especially sailing. Stockton Lake is rated one of the top 10 inland sailing lakes in the United States.

Be sure to make time to visit beautiful Stockton State Park during your stay. It overlooks the lake and is ideal for discovering and enjoying wildlife, bird watching, photography, hiking, and biking trails, and the beauty of the outdoors.

The charming City of Stockton offers great local restaurants, specialty shops, and a fun variety of activities throughout the year making it a vacation destination you should not miss.

We are conveniently located 2 hours south of Kansas City, 1 hour north of Springfield and less than two hours northeast of Joplin, Mo., with easy access from major highways and airports.
