"Absolutely awful if you are disabled - do not book. The ‘accessible’ rooms they have show no signs of being accessible. No grab rails, no emergency cords, steps into the bathroom and into the shower. Doors just wide enough to get out wheelchair for. When I asked if we had been given the correct room the staff just stated that that’s what they call accessible, and they only have 2 of these rooms. Completely unusable for my mother in a wheelchair and the staff did not care at all. This hotel...

"I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."
