"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation "

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and professional. Self parking is available in the property with with fees. LHR Airport is very near and accessible to shopping is convenient. "

"Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight."

"This is our "Go To" hotel when we have been privileged to travel and have a scheduled flight home from London Heathrow. Great staff that anticipates well and is always at the top of their game. On site restaurant, Carluccio's offers a "just right" menu with a variety of dishes and the breakfast buffet or a la carte dishes meet every need. Terrific bar for a "last night of vacation" night cap. Don't even bother looking for a finer hotel."

"The hotel is outdated. No phone, safe in the room. If you need front desk, there’s no phone to call. You have to go down yourself. There is no safe to put your important documents. Throughout the whole trip, I have to walk around with passports in my bag. It’s a cashless hotel and failed to put that on their website. The only reason I’m giving one star, 1) there’s no other option and 2)the staff was very nice. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The bed is a bit stiff, and the shower was messy with only a partial, moveable glass divider to try to keep the water in the tub, but the water still got everywhere. But the location is definitely convenient for flying out of Heathrow. "
