"The breakfast menu was fresh."

"The room was clean but rather small. We had asked for two single beds and the hotel was great about accomodating us. The bar breakfast and dinner was excellent. The proximity to the west ealing train station was also an added plus. "

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"A short walk from the train station & staff were lovely."

"Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders."

"Convenient location, decent sized rooms. Decor is tired. The second night of our stay was spoilt by very noisy people in the room next door in the small hours. Also, disappointing that weekday breakfast ends at 9am, with staff clearing up and hovering straight after. For leisure travellers, 9 am is too early"

"I came down for work and this location was perfect distance to where I was working. Room was cozy and clean and had the basics i needed but was very warm. Parking was perfect, no issues parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However breakfast was a little disappointing. I had to pre order on arrival with no change for the 3 days I was there, however the food was excellent and hot. I would recommend for a short stay with a budget in mind like myself ."

"The bed had no frame. The bed was made of a 6 inch matteres and a 3 inch comforter on top. It was like sleeping on the floor."

"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"Gary on Reception was friendly & helpful on arrival - the perfect start. I knew there was food 24 hrs available, according to the in-room menu. Sadly, at 11pm, after a theatre trip, I was told the kitchen was closed all that was available was crisps from the bar or I could leave the hotel & order some take away!!!! As a lone female, for me to go back outside, into a dark evening, was a ridiculous suggestion to make. I went to bed, having nothing to eat. Either offer 24 hrs food service &...

"Close to station and Twickenham as I was going to the rugby. Staff very helpful I arrived early and they made my room available. Will certainly use again.l"
