"The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did."

"They were not there to let us in! Stood out in the sun for 15 minutes while someone drove back to let me in. This was around 2:50pm. Check in is from 2pm. Curtains were moldy, bathroom sink tap falling off. The room door had a very simple lock & didn't feel very secure. There were clean dishes on the dresser but no food offered (to my knowledge?). Cleaning staff was very friendly, others not so much."

"Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

Only one complaint I have - I missed the breakfast cutoff time, and though I had already paid for it, it wasn’t included in the stay, I paid extra for it, they refused to give me a refund or a voucher to buy breakfast from their food court. "The hotel is 6 minute drive from Heathrow Terminal 3 short term car park. Perfect if you are meeting someone arriving on an early flight. The underground car park is very convenient. The bar is very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you like a dry Martini, this is the bar. It is “off menu” but they mixed one without any fuss and it was a very good one.
