    Enjoy a Self-Check-in to this Beautiful Home that is perfectly situated near all the local Kent Island Restaurants, Shops, Attractions.

    This is a Non-Smoking House. Also No Pets or Parties and 14 max guests (8 max adults).

    The Space:

    This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.

    The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed.

    Located on the upper level is a Bedroom/Loft Area that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 2nd Master Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom.

    There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.

    Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home.

    The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

    Guest Access:

    You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, and exterior buildings.

    Other Things to Note:

    - The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and a set of stairs to access the upper floor inside. However there are 2 bedrooms, including the master, on the first floor.

    - Also, there is a private workshop on the property that houses businesses that may be active during normal business hours.

    - The Waterfront & Lakeview description refers to the Private Pond that is located directly on the property.

    -There are some recently discovered soft spots on the upstairs porch. For safety, we are currently recommend using caution if you choose to access it or avoiding it altogether as a precaution.

    - Per county regulations, there is a maximum of 8 adults (18 years or older) allowed to stay over at the property.

Lovely, spacious home in a quiet setting. Ken Island is a beautiful, relaxing spot. Adam was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. You’ll enjoy your stay there!

The entire group enjoyed their stay for one night before we could check-in at the nearby wedding venue on Friday. Adam was amazing at communicating and making us feel welcome. The house is even better than the photos and spotless and it was the perfect place to rest from our out of state journey and get ready for the big weekend. Thank you again and we will be back!!

Quaint house in a quiet and private location. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Close to local grocery store and other necessities. Two floors of living space with plenty of room for everyone. Host very responsive. Would recommend and would return if back in the area!

Beautiful home in a quiet secluded neighborhood

It was very nice get away. We visited very nice restaurants and tried our luck at fishing.We slept on the first floor in a very comfortable kingsized bed.

Great place!

The property was great! Everything was as it stated in the description. Communication with the owner was awesome. Such a beautiful place nicely tucked away, but not far from activities. It was perfect for our small group get away!
