"Hotel is in a great location. Close enuf to walk down the riverwalk and far enuf to avoid the chaos of the nightlife. Booking our vacation through a third party there was confusion finding our reservations. Thankfully we checked ahead of time and the confusion was remedied. But upon arrival there was still confusion as to whether I still owed money or not. Had to show proof of the reservation made by the manager that got cleared up. "Beautiful hotel with super clean, spacious, and modern rooms featuring a kitchen, mini office, and a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed. The location felt very safe and was right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to the River Walk and many attractions, so we were able to walk everywhere.
