"Very clean hotel. The rooms were minimalistic and basic if you ask me. But the bed was really comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. For the price $300/night I was expecting way better. Everything was very basic as far as amenities. There wasn't even a hot tub. The pool is 10th floor and a but small. It's heated but still too cold for early afternoon. Perks- they have free tea and coffee service in the morning. They have free wine service around 5pm. I stayed at 3 different...

"Location is very good, especially if you want to walk the river. That’s about it. Hotel is tired, staff is all over. Staff is traveling up and down with you with all the equipment for cleaning, which smells very strong. Main lobby is packed with linens and main elevators faces hotel storage/equipment and pretty much everything else door that was always open. Personal is alway talking to each other and making jokes, laughing as if they were in their own house. Restaurant that is attached was not...

"The location to everything was excellent. The hotel and restaurant staff always pleasant and helpful. A special shout out to Joe, who was extremely helpful in planing our trip even before we arrived. If i have to complain it would be the terrible sliding door for the bathroom and the motion senor light by the room door. What an annoyance. Having said that this hotel is in the return list."
